Our patients, community and staff are our top priority and with that in mind, we here at Finger Lakes Family Dental, would like to provide you with an update. The situation surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) is constantly changing our day to day lives and the public’s general feeling of health, safety and well-being. In times like these, when it is difficult to know how to navigate these uncharted waters, we would like to reassure you that we have been and continue to be a safe harbor and guiding light.
In addition to our already stringent infection control standards and policies we have implemented additional precautionary measures to protect your health and peace of mind. You may experience the following when calling or visiting our office;
✔ Upon entry into the building everyone, including personnel and patients, are required to wash their hands/sanitize
✔ Touch free temperature scans are being instituted
✔ Phone screenings for any COVID-19 risk factors prior to appointment scheduling
✔ Staggered appointment times to mitigate unnecessary contact
We would also like to take this time to remind you that we remain open for emergency care. If you believe you may be experiencing a dental emergency, contact Dr. Marzo directly at 607-742-7793. We continue to be committed to providing our community with the best dental care and service.
